SHIPPINGS & RETURNS

Items are carefully packaged and sent using Royal Mail second class postage or Yodel Collect+ delivery service for larger packages. We aim to dispatch your parcel within 48 hours and we try to ensure that your parcel will arrive within 7 days. Please contact us if you parcel has not arrived within 2 weeks.

Shipping is a flat rate of £4.00 if under £50, or free if total spend is over £50. If you are local, you can choose the 'collect at crop' option for free and pick up your parcel at our next monthly crop (see crops and workshops page for dates).

 

If you would like international shipping, please contact us for a quote before you order.

 

Jennywren digital cutfiles can be ordered worldwide and sent via email with no delivery fee.

We hope that you will be please to receive your new craft stash. If however, you do need to return your items for any reason, please follow the steps below to ensure your refund can be processed.

If you change your mind about your purchase, we accept returns within 14 working days. Goods must be returned in their original packaging, like new in a resaleable condition. We cannot accept returns of items that have been opened. Postage and packaging costs to return an item will need to be met by the customer. Please note that we cannot accept liability for loss of goods being returned, so we recommend that you seek to obtain the necessary insurance (Certificate of Posting or Recorded Delivery).

We are not able to process a refund for goods returned incomplete e.g. packaging missing, pieces missing etc. Similarly goods found to have been used cannot be replaced or credited, so please ensure that goods are returned to us in the same new condition that you received them in. We are a small business and it is important that returned items can be resold.

If you have received goods that are faulty or damaged, please contact us via email at twilightcc@hotmail.co.uk to let us know the nature of the fault and initiate a return.

Please ensure that you enclose your name and order number in the return parcel so that we are able to refund the correct account.

Any claims for non-delivery must be made within 30 days of purchase. Any claims for shortages must be made within 5 days of delivery.
