Shipping Policy
UK Orders: Items are carefully packaged and sent using Royal Mail 48 hour tracked second class postage. We aim to dispatch your parcel within 48 hours and we try to ensure that your parcel will arrive within 7 days. Please contact us if your parcel has not arrived within 2 weeks.
Shipping is a flat rate of £4.00 if under £50, or free if total spend is over £50. If you are local, you can choose the 'collect at crop' option for free and pick up your parcel at our next monthly crop (see crops and workshops page for dates).
International Orders: Postage costs for international orders will be calculated at the checkout. Please select your country to find postage costs. Items are carefully packaged and sent using Royal Mail tracked and signed for postage. We aim to dispatch your parcel within 48 hours and arrival time may vary depending on Royal Mail postage times. Please be aware that customers will be responsible for paying any import fees upon delivery - this varies depending on your country policy on importing goods.

Important Information for UK to USA Shipping
A Reminder about Tariffs, Duties and Taxes
Just a friendly reminder to our wonderful international customers based in the USA...
When sending parcels from the UK to the USA, please be aware that your shipment may be subject to U.S. tariffs, customs duties, and taxes. These charges are determined by U.S. Customs & Border Protection and can vary based on the value and nature of the goods.
Additionally, products that are manufactured in China may be subject to specific U.S. tariffs and import restrictions, depending on the product category. Tariff rates on certain goods originating from China can be higher, and additional import regulations may apply.
As the recipient, you may be required to pay these fees upon delivery. We strongly recommend checking with U.S. customs authorities or your courier service to understand any applicable charges before placing an order. By proceeding with your shipment, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for paying any additional customs fees or import duties.
We use Royal Mail Tracked and Signed for our shipping service. Unfortunately, we cannot cover these fees, and if you choose not to pay or abandon your package, we will not be able to cover the cost of your purchase.
Understandably, this is a trying time for both customers and small businesses navigating recent changes and we know that hearing about price and shipping changes isn’t ideal. We really appreciate your understanding and support.

Return & Exchange Policy
We hope that you will be pleased to receive your new craft stash. If however, you do need to return your items for any reason, please follow the steps below to ensure your refund can be processed.
If you change your mind about your purchase, we accept returns within 14 working days. Goods must be returned in their original packaging, like new in a resaleable condition. We cannot accept returns of items that have been opened. Postage and packaging costs to return an item will need to be met by the customer. Please note that we cannot accept liability for loss of goods being returned, so we recommend that you seek to obtain the necessary insurance (Certificate of Posting or Recorded Delivery).

We are not able to process a refund for goods returned incomplete e.g. packaging missing, pieces missing etc. Similarly goods found to have been used cannot be replaced or credited, so please ensure that goods are returned to us in the same new condition that you received them in. We are a small business and it is important that returned items can be resold.

If you have received goods that are faulty or damaged, please contact us via email at twilightcc@hotmail.co.uk to let us know the nature of the fault and initiate a return.

Please ensure that you enclose your name and order number in the return parcel so that we are able to refund the correct account.

Any claims for non-delivery must be made within 30 days of purchase. All our parcels are sent tracked via Royal Mail and so we will investigate any missing parcels with Royal Mail. Any claims for shortages must be made within 5 days of delivery.
