Join us for a wonderful weekend retreat; Eat, Sleep, Scrap, Repeat, hosted at the welcoming Holiday Inn in Bristol from 4th - 6th Sept 2026. This special getaway is all about slowing down, relaxing, and enjoying uninterrupted creative time with like‑minded crafters. Spend the weekend making beautiful projects, sharing inspiration, and soaking up the friendly atmosphere. It’s the perfect chance to escape the everyday and immerse yourself in crafting joy! What more could be better? Whilst paper crafting and scrapbooking is our main crafting passion, you can bring any type of craft from crochet, to cross stitch to art journaling and scrapbooking. What ever your craft obsession, you'll fit right in!
Hotel overnight stay is not included in the ticket price and can be booked directly with the hotel via a special link.

Eat, Sleep, Scrap, Repeat Retreat
Our main weekend ticket runs from Friday at 5pm through to Sunday at 4pm, giving you two full days of relaxed, creative time. You can choose to stay at the Holiday Inn with a cosy room and breakfast (single or double occupancy rates apply - booked directly with the hotel), or if you are local you might prefer to simply travel home each evening. For those who want even more crafting time, and for maximum value, you can grab our 3 day ticket with arrival from 8am on the Friday! If you would like to spread payments, you can use the PayPal Pay in 3 option at the checkout.
You might even choose to arrive on the Thursday evening and stay over night, for a chill out before the crop starts! Check out all the details and how to book your hotel room below.

What's included in the ticket price?
2 Day Ticket - £190
Your weekend ticket includes full access to the crop room and hotel from 5pm on Friday 4th September until 4pm on Sunday 6th September. Two whole days of you time! Throughout the weekend, you’ll enjoy unlimited refreshments, plus:

A crafting table gift to make your weekend even more special
3 Day Ticket - £227
This ticket option gives you all of the above and allows you to arrive from 8am on the Friday for a relaxing start to the crop. The 3 day ticket also includes unlimited refreshments, a mid morning snack and a hot & cold buffet lunch on the Friday. Delegates can then make their own food choices for Friday evening - the hotel bar and restaurant will be open.
Your ticket also includes free parking, complimentary WiFi, and full use of the hotel’s pool, gym, and sauna for the entire weekend. Our mobile papercraft shop will be open throughout the weekend.
Accommodation - Not included in the ticket price
Hotel accommodation with breakfast is booked directly with the hotel. Once you secure your retreat ticket, you’ll receive an exclusive booking link offering preferential single or double occupancy rates. Single Occupancy is £90 per room, per night and Double Occupancy is £110 per room, per night. You can choose the number of nights you would like to stay and book directly with the Holiday Inn via the booking link that will be provided. Please use the special link that will be emailed or call the Hotel and quote Twilight Crafts Retreat to get these special rates.
Sat 16 MayPatchway Community CentreJoin us for a whole weekend of crafting 16th and 17th May 2026! Bring your own craft projects. Our mobile shop will be open all weekend. There is hotel accommodation close by and take-aways right next to the hall. Patchway Community Centre is a fantastic venue for the event and close to M4/M5.

Join us for a creativity‑packed weekend at our May 2026 Crop
We’re heading back to Patchway Community Centre for three full days of crafting and uninterrupted scrapbooking bliss! You might choose to join us for two days, or grab a Friday ticket for three full days of relaxation. Whether you’re catching up on albums, diving into mixed media, or simply craving time with fellow crafters, this relaxed and friendly retreat is the perfect place to spread out, get inspired, and make something beautiful. Bring your projects, your favourite supplies, and your comfy shoes (or slippers!) Our Twilight mobile shop will be open all weekend. There are plenty of accommodation options locally and lots of takeaways right on the door step! New crafters are always warmly welcomed. We would love you to join us!
