Our weekend crop is designed to be flexible. Our main Weekend Ticket runs from Friday at 4pm through to Sunday at 4pm, giving you two full days of relaxed, creative time. You can choose to stay at the Holiday Inn with a cosy room and breakfast included, or simply travel home each evening if that suits you better. For those who want even more crafting time, we also offer a Friday Early Access Add‑On ticket for an additional £52, allowing you to arrive from 9am on Friday and enjoy an extra full day of scrapping bliss.

To secure your place at our Eat, Sleep, Scrap, Repeat weekend retreat, you can book online for the Saturday & Sunday Weekend Ticket (arrival from 4pm Friday). If you would like to spread payments, you can use the PayPal Pay in 3 option at the checkout. If you’d like to start the fun even earlier, you can add our Friday Early Access Pass by selecting the Friday add on ticket, giving you access from 9am on Friday for an extra day of crafting bliss.
PLEASE NOTE: The Friday Early Access add‑on can only be purchased if you have already booked a full Weekend Ticket.

What's included in the ticket price?
Friday Early Access Pass - £52
Start your creative weekend early with access to the crop room and hotel facilities from 9am on Friday. Enjoy unlimited refreshments, a mid‑morning snack, and a hot and cold buffet lunch. The evening meal for the Friday is flexible, allowing attendees to make their own arrangements.
Weekend Ticket - £190
Your weekend ticket includes full access to the crop room and hotel from 4pm on Friday 4th September until 4pm on Sunday 6th September. Throughout the weekend, you’ll enjoy unlimited refreshments, plus:

Your ticket also includes free parking, complimentary WiFi, and full use of the hotel’s pool, gym, and sauna for the entire weekend. Our mobile papercraft shop will be open throughout the weekend, with optional scrapbook kits and products galore! There will also be fun challenges and make and takes along the way!

Accommodation
Hotel accommodation with breakfast is booked directly with the hotel, giving you complete flexibility. Once you secure your retreat ticket, you’ll receive an exclusive booking link offering preferential single or double occupancy rates. You can choose the number of nights you would like to stay.
