SPRING WEEKEND LAYOUT - with Sammy

For this spring layout I used the Cutfile 'Spring' with the daffodil flowers.

I absolutely wanted to try my new 'shimmerz paintz' so I started this layout with a mixed media background. I placed the cutfile in the middle to see where I will put the color.

On the bottom of the cutfile I also worked with texture past and a flower stencil.

After that I backed the flowers on the cutfile with different yellow papers from my stash. I cut out the word 'spring' from a blue flower paper and placed the letters with foam squares on top of the cutfile.

I chose two pictures from a beautiful spring day in the flower fields. They matched perfectly with the blue and yellow on the page. To finish I added a few stickers, some enamel dots and the word 'weekend' on the bottom of the cutfile.
