Pirates Adventure

Hi Twilighters 👋🏻, Nicola here hoisting the Jolly Roger today for my DT post. I've used "Adventure" from JWCF 1412 Travel Adventure Title and Offset as part of the title for this layout of our trip to see the Pirates Adventure show while we were in Majorca last year (if you ever get chance to go, do - it's spectacular!) Some of the cast were kind enough to do photo ops for kids after the show.

I cut the word quite small (about 9 cm in length) so it was quite delicate to handle, but I wanted it to be roughly the same length as the word "Pirates" in my alphas.

My background sheet is from Stamperia Around The World (I thought it looked quite piratey given it says "treasure map"). The ripped skull and crossbone paper behind the photo is from Carta Bella Pirates, and the stickers are all from a pirate-themed sticker book I found on Amazon. I inked over any white edges with the Ranger 49 and Market Cappuccino ink as that's a great colour for that more aged/vintage look.

They gave us the round red stickers to help the bus see who they were picking up from each hotel, and when I asked the tour operator if I could have a spare one to put in my scrapbook, she handed me 6 extra "so I wouldn't run out" 😆
There's lots more crafty inspiration to be found over on the Twilight Crop and Craft and Jennywren Cutfiles Facebook groups, @twilightcraftsuk on Instagram, and twilightcc8823 on Pinterest.
Happy crafting, me-hearties! 🏴☠️🦜😊
