This is a frustrating layout! It looks so simple and it was, until I decided to turn the beautiful cutfile into a shaker...
I thought this would be fairly simple, so i started off backing the whole file with acetate. Thats when i realized i was out of the 1/8 inch foam strips i use to back things. So i have to grab my 1/4 in foam and cut pieces off and slice them in half.. this took forever! I also didnt realize how many holes there were til i dumped sequins in.. so I had to scoop them up and fix all the holes using this same process. It worked , just took me so much longer than normal. Frustrating cause the foam tape stuck to everything!
Once the shaker was finished, filled, and backed I backed and laid out my photos, using foam to pop up the center photos and layer the other beside and under it. I Used these little pink flowers from Michaels, and kept the embellishments very simple.
I used Cocoa Vanilla Studio Unforgettable collection on this layout, using the butterfly paper and fussy cut 5 butterflies to go with the pretty pink flowers. Finally adding some nuvo Metallic Drops to finish it off.
