Laugh, Love!!

Hi everyone Jules here with another Scrapbook Layout which uses JWCF 617 picture Wheel. I have used this as more of an accent on my page. I cut my file out 3 times on some scrap card and my picture wheels are at 3 1/2 inch. I sprayed my cutfile's and background with Distress Spray Twisted Citron and Blueprint Sketch as this is the nearest colour match to my papers. When it had dried I assembled my layout with fussy cut flowers from my papers and the picture wheels are cut in half using them as an accent on my layout. I cut my main page at an angle to add more interest to my page. When I added my title it looked a bit lost on the page so I doddled around my title to make it pop on the page, a few sequins are added to finish off my layout.
