Hi Twilighters 👋🏻, in case you haven't heard, our Cropmas Countdown Christmas cybercrop has kicked off on the Twilight Crop and Craft Facebook group, with a new challenge released every day this week as well as some additional live crafting sessions.
Nicola here setting the next challenge.
Challenge Number 2: Not Just For Christmas!

December is always a busy time, and for many of us, there's lots of things going on besides Christmas (we have multiple family and friends' birthdays and wedding anniversaries on top of all the festive activities).
So my challenge to you is to create a layout using Christmas supplies or Christmassy colours (I know not everybody buys the Christmas-themed collections) to scrap something that is not overtly Christmassy - this could be a December birthday or anniversary, or something smaller like a photo of a person or a pet that happened to be taken in December but doesn't show lots of obviously Christmassy stuff in it like Christmas jumpers, decorations, etc.
My example layout documents photos from a girls' night away for a friend's 40th at the very end of Nov last year and the hotel had their tree up and everything - the photos on this layout don't have any Christmas stuff in them, but it will sit in my album next to a layout with us all stood in front of their tree, so keeping the Christmas theme made sense. I've used a combination of various older 49 and Market Christmas collections.

Also, as this time of year often means lots of events (Christmassy and/or otherwise) happening in a very short space of time (with what we have going on, I feel like I hardly even sit down until January!), I want you to also incorporate CLUSTERS in some way. That could be clustered ephemera, photos, little phrases - whatever feels like a cluster to you is in.
The challenges are open to people all over the world. The closing date on Sunday 4th January 2026, giving everyone plenty of time to take part!
Details, rules, and albums for entry into all the cybercrop challenges can be found over on the Twilight Crop and Craft Facebook group, so do come and join us. There'll also be lots of inspiration available by perusing other people's takes on the challenges, whether that's to get you fired up with ideas for your own challenge entries, or simply to get your festive creative juices flowing in general.
Happy crafting 😊🎄🎅 x
