Hey Twilight friends, we've just had bonfire night so it gave me the great opportunity to use the 'Bonfire Night' cutfile along with the Cocoa Vanilla Studio 'No Limits' collection. The stars & rockets within the collection were the perfect companion for the cutfile.
I wanted the cutfile to pop so I used the offset function in the Cricut programme to cut a black background to my title. So once I had backed my cutfile with patterned papers I added the black, it's a great contrast to the bright colours of the collection.
I fussy cut some stars & along with the ephemera began to add the finishing touches to my layout. I also used foam adhesive where I could to add dimension to my page.
Not much was needed for the background because the patterned paper had a great brick effect but I did add a splash of black splatters using 'Black Soot' Distress Oxide spray. My final step was to add a sprinkling of mini silver stars.
