Cancel Your Order

This form enables customers to request an order cancellation in line with the latest EU consumer protection regulations, ensuring every cancellation is processed correctly and securely. To comply with these requirements, customers must complete all fields in full so our team can verify the request and update the order status. Once submitted, an email confirmation will be sent to acknowledge the cancellation. Your order will then be cancelled and a refund issued back to your original method of payment if your order has not yet shipped.

If your order has already been dispatched, you may still withdraw within 14 days of purchase. Please return the items to us within 14 days of submitting this form.
