Hi everyone, super excited to share my very first post as part of the Twilight Crafts DT.
So I rarely document the food we eat but we recently had a weekend in Wales and had the most delicious,HUGE, burger near where we were staying. So when I spotted The Best Burgers cut file I knew immediately which pictures I would be documenting.
I wanted to keep the page quite masculine as it featured my hubby. So I decided on the Maggie Holmes Round Trip collection. Using the blue check paper as the dominant paper, simply because it reminded me of a table cloth. I then chose some other small pieces of patterned paper from the same collection to give the page a pop of colour.
Adding in some stamping in Speckled Egg under and over the checked paper and stamping the date.
I cut the file in Kraft cardstock and backed it, again with Maggie Holmes Paper. I actually cut the T that was joining the burger from the word Best this enabled the title to sit flat but I could then raise the burger on a foam pad.
Finally I just added in some little word strips and embellishments to give the page some interest.
