Lucky girls layout

I wanted to try something new, so when I saw this cutfile (JWCF 513 heart pop up) I knew that I would use it. It's the first time working with a cut and bend cutfile and I love it!

As Valentines day is around the corner, it was perfect to use this cutfile together with the 'lucky us' collection from Pink Paislee. I documented my best friend's bachelorettes party.

After I cut out the cutfile with my silhouette machine, I chose two papers, a pink one to back the cutfile and the one with the hearts to create a border.

After this step I took out my sewing machine and stitched through all the hearts with different colors.

Then I chose the picture from the bachelorette party that matched perfectly with the colors. I backed the picture with a patterned paper and created a cluster with a lot of flowers around it.

For the title, I wrote 'lucky girls' with two different fonts.

I finished the layout with some enamel dots and a lot of colorful splatters around the white part. Finally, I popped all the hearts up to create some dimension.

I hope you like my layout and you are inspired to create something with this cutfile too. Thank you for stopping by, see you soon!
